This role is based within the CRM Team working on a transformation project, focussing on the customers online experience. Duties and Responsibilities for Marketing Graduate: The successful candidate will support the CRM team to: Identify ways to increase personalisation of email marketing Revamp the customers online/ email communication journey Complete daily tasks and reports as required. About You/ Experience required: Marketing degree or about to graduate from a marketing degree Interest in email marketing Good communication skills - able to communicate confidently with various teams within marketing and other key stakeholders Good copywriting skills VR/08241
