Description Working as part of this fast growing company in the renewable energy sector, as Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for: creating the marketing strategy with a focus on brand development/awareness and lead generation managing and developing a Marketing Executive growing and developing the social media strategy for the business CRM management and creation of lead generation campaigns analysing and reporting on campaign results internal stakeholder engagement developing and managing external agency relationships Experience experienced in the development of multichannel marketing campaigns a record of lead generation campaign successes confidence in team leadership and the development of junior team members excellent knowledge of digital strategies and the growth of social channels experience in utilities and/or clean energy Remuneration £40-45k depending on experience company bonus scheme based on personal and company performance targets additional 5 days Christmas holiday bonus birthday day off company pension skills
