About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead targeted campaigns that drive delegate engagement and sponsorship revenue. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing strategies while working closely with internal teams, media partners, and sponsors. This is a fast-paced role suited to an ambitious individual eager to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to maximise attendance and sponsorship sales. Source, refine, and expand high-quality data for outreach and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners. Write and distribute press releases, securing media coverage and event exposure. Track and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results. Ensure seamless collaboration with telemarketing and sponsorship teams. Conduct post-campaign analysis to refine future marketing efforts. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Attend events to gather insights and strengthen industry connections. Experience & Skills Required Proven experience in a marketing role within the conference or events industry. Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commercial awareness with a strategic approach to growth. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
