Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing planning applications and reports for various developments, from residential to commercial projects. Conduct site assessments and support the preparation of planning statements and appeals. Provide planning advice to clients and support on strategic planning matters. Stay updated with local and national planning policies, regulations, and legislation. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. About You: A degree in Town Planning (or related discipline), or equivalent. Strong understanding of planning legislation and policies in the UK. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Ideally, you'll have some experience through internships or relevant placements, but this is not essential.
