Senior Executive, Partner Content & Social (12-month FTC) Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in office Job Description: Purpose of the Role: The Senior Executive, Partner Content & Social will play a key role in delivering value to commercial and licensing partners. Using their expertise, they will help partner managers create engaging content for a global fan base. Responsibilities: Implement clear processes and guidelines, and liaise directly with partners to maintain high standards on digital and social media channels. Support the ideation process and educate partner managers on activating contractual rights on digital channels. Take a social-first approach to content, tailoring it for platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Help partners develop unique storytelling content series. Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure partner content meets standards and resonates with fans. Work with the digital team to meet partners' needs across CRM, web, and email. Ensure branded content is included in the content calendar. Log all partner activations on digital and social channels. Help partner managers adhere to established processes. Work with the data & insights specialist to build campaign reports, highlighting successes and learnings. Requirements: Experience in content planning or agency work with major brands, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content optimisation strategies. Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations. Personal Attributes: Positive, optimistic mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
