Marketing Executive - Camino Group London - 3 days a week in office The Role: Camino Group is seeking a Marketing Executive to support and fuel an exciting period of ongoing businesses growth, by delivering ongoing BAU marketing activities on behalf of our two growing recruitment brands. This role will primarily support the Marketing Director with executing the BAU social media strategy and supporting content for specific branded campaigns. Working ‘across channel’, offering opportunity to design assets for email campaigns, social media and branded documentation and supporting with written communication. A candidate offering the skills of video creation, or experience of bringing a brand to life through ‘animated movement’, is highly desirable. The marketing executive will focus on sales enablement activities, including supporting consultants’ client pitches and the production of required assets and materials needed to ‘win’ bids for major search proposals. The candidate will work with the Marketing Director to track and measure return on activities. What you'll need: We are seeking a person with the ability to work with sales teams on individual needs, personal branding. The marketing executive will also manage small projects and campaigns and potential ad-hoc materials, from with the business, as required. The ideal person will seek to support sales enablement across both brands, directing their priorities towards the sales-nature of a fast-growing recruitment business. The role will also play an important factor in supporting our learning and development function with content ideas and content creation for colleague attraction. Core duties: Digital Experience: Should manage social media ‘owned’ campaigns, with creative flair, coming up with new, creative ideas to promote the brand in line with the vision Produce short animations and videos to a branding standard on social channels Edit and produce basic marketing materials for digital publication Understanding the workings of social media channels in support of campaigns and elements Understands other tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems and website content management systems (CMS) Design and production experience: Design and control branded documents, PowerPoints and other materials in line with the expected brand standard Support with the delivery of ‘Tone of Voice’ and written communication Work collaboratively with sales teams on personal branding online and offline across channels including social media Able to use Adobe Suite (essential) (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator video editor tools) Able to manage and ‘control’ the layout of a brand to consistent standards across both group brands Supporting with collaboration of ‘pitch decks’ and strategic client-facing materials for consultants’ ongoing business development Support with performance reporting and certain metrics and KPIs from email, social media and website Content production and support: Supporting with the production of our bi-weekly ‘Executive Edge’ column with the Camino Search Managing Director Assisting with the design and production of The Global Report and its campaign assets Collecting testimonials & client case studies and updating parent assets accordingly Producing job descriptions for C-suite roles alongside corporate/client proposals Monitoring proposal success rate and feedback and ROI with the Marketing Director Supporting and leading with the production of white paper activities and thought leadership and market insight materials Working with consultants on ad-hoc materials required Core Focus: Supporting Candidate generation by maintaining the website Supporting Sales Enablement by supporting content campaigns Drive EVP with our L&D and HR function Primary Relationships: Operations/Mission Control – systems, tech stack and automation Sales/Consultants – supporting with content and sales enablement duties Directors – event support, social media support, content L&D – supporting and collaborating with the execution of the EVP Experience: 1-2 years marketing communication experience Studying CIM, or have recently qualified in a subject relating to marketing (CIPR considered)
