Marketing, Social Media and Events Executive Location: London Up to £40,000 Interim, FTC. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Marketing Develop, manage, and grow the company’s presence across relevant platforms. Create engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and blog articles to drive brand awareness and audience engagement. Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency in tone and branding across all platforms. Report on social media performance. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and competitive. Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract both candidates and clients. Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage talent pools and clients. Optimise website content and landing pages for SEO. Manage online advertising campaigns. Employer Branding & Community Engagement Promote the company’s culture and success stories. Support the team and senior stakeholders with personal branding strategies to enhance their LinkedIn presence. Develop partnerships with industry influencers and professional groups to enhance brand credibility. Organise and promote webinars, online events, and networking initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in marketing, social media, or digital content creation (preferably within recruitment or B2B services). Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools. Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
