Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and PPC Manage content creation for blogs, email newsletters, and website updates Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Work with the wider team to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints Conduct competitor research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Candidate Profile: 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (in-house or agency) Proficient in key digital tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) Strong copywriting and content creation skills A good understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within a marketing team Benefits: Hybrid working (3 days in office) Training and development support 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme Friendly, collaborative office environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where marketing is valued and you’ll have real input in shaping digital campaigns.
