We are committed to participate in the ecological transition and to develop the means of transportation of the future that are safe and durable Context: To strengthen our outstanding IKOS International Recruitment Team , we are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internship contract) to join our headquarters in Levallois-Perret, France and starting to move the first steps in this challenging and dynamic role You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with the Business Managers of IKOS subsidiaries worldwide. Responsabilities: Identify IKOS’ future top technical engineers in order to reach our ambitious goals Work with the business managers worldwide to understand and meet the expectations of our partners Manage the entire recruitment process (active sourcing, interviews, candidate follow-up) Participate in recruitment development projects Develop our school relations program to promote our company in target universities (partnerships, forums, career fairs, events etc.) Employer Branding Qualifications: You are almost ending your Master’s degree or you are looking for your first job. You speak and write French and English at a business fluent level and an additional language (big plus) You had already a little experience in recruitment (Internships, few months in an agency…) -big plus You enjoy challenges and evolve in a competitive environment You are flexible and determined You are proactive, take initiatives and use your skills to participate in the growth of the company You have excellent interpersonal and good writing skills, are rigorous, creative, autonomous and have a real sense of service You want to evolve in an international work environment.
