The Marks Global Internship Program is a 6 month immersion in real-world strategic design thinking. You won’t just learn how the industry works—you’ll work with the kind of people that actively work to rewire and reimagine it. You will work across disciplines, regions, and cultural perspectives to push the limits of branding, commerce, and creativity. This is hands-on, high-stakes, and uniquely global. This isn’t just an internship. This is learning to think, challenge, and unpack all things brand on a Global scale. This means crossing disciplines, regions, and cultural perspectives to challenge how brands show up in the world. We’re offering a 6 month paid placements based within our Boulogne-Billancourt studio, but collaborating across all locations, starting on July 7th. Who are we looking for? Someone obsessed with culture, brands, and how people buy, shop, and engage Think strategically and creatively - seeing the big picture and the details Thrive in fast-moving, multidisciplinary teams Love the idea of working across borders and time zones Are digitally fluent—whether in design, strategy or social media then you are exactly who we want. What you will get Experience working in a global, creative environment Exposure to a range of different creative challenges across different clients Mentorship and training Early career experience-building projects Opportunities to network and connect with team members across disciplines What you will do… Conduct desk research to understand the consumer and market landscape Analyse and synthetise a broad source of information Support senior strategists on preliminary debriefs, strategic hypothesis and recommendations, workshop coordination, concept ideation You will be Either completing or recently completed a Master's degree in Branding, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences or Design Possessing least one tangible work experience in the world of brand experience or the creative industry.
