Administrator – Overhead Lines Salary: £24,314 Location: Stockton 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Agile working Company Pension Scheme A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within Integrated Utility Services, and we are looking for an Administrator to provide administrative support for the Overhead Line workstream to ensure successful delivery of works. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the management team. Collation and submission of daily whereabouts. Attend weekly progress (programme) meetings. Working to Group Procurement procedures when processing orders for payment. Supporting the requesting of information/documentation such as; safe digs, interruption cards, surveys, notices etc. Order requested PPE if required. Order materials where required. Collating the required information for monthly invoicing. Assist with non-conformance and customer complaint issues where required. Collate the weekly hours from the industrial timesheet submissions and relay that back to the Operations manager. Carry out any other general or ad hoc tasks as required. Key Competencies Planning and organisation Good communication skills – written and verbal Team player Time management Interpreting data and information Qualifications and Attributes: Essential Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above (including English and Maths). Administration experience IT skills Desirable Qualifications and Experience Ability to interface well with colleagues and customers Works well under own initiative (logical thinking and problem solver)
