Area: Bromborough Salary: 32-36K Depending on experience. Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday / 8.30am-3pm Friday (office based) Our client has a new opportunity within their company. You will be joining a well established business assisting with technical knowledge and growth. UK Driving License is required for this role. Experience with Victron Products would be a great advantage. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer Lead. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. The ideal candidate will provide pre-sales and post-sales support while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Provide technical support before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business. Explain technical concepts to customers and provide product demonstrations. Manage technical bulletins, ensuring content is accurately updated, version-controlled, and distributed to relevant stakeholders. Prepare and issue technical quotations for customers. Respond to technical queries via email, phone, or in-person interactions. Develop and manage marketing strategies to drive business growth. Oversee social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Validate product warranties and coordinate corrective actions for non-conformance, ensuring proper documentation. Analyse and report on warranty trends to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. The Successful Applicant Will Have: A willingness to learn and understand the business, process and products A strong technical background, preferably in engineering or a related field. Proven sales experience with the ability to drive revenue growth. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Sound judgment and strong business acumen. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong relationship-building skills to foster customer loyalty.
