Role: Architectural Technician Location: Cookstown Hours: Full Time (9am - 5pm) Temporary 912-month maternity post (with possibility to progress into a permanent role). Pay: DOE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician to join one of our clients, an exciting Architectural and Planning Consultancy Service from conception design stage to the finish-built product on-site. The Role: Work on a diverse range of projects in the UK and Ireland varying from Commercial, Domestic and Industrial. The Requirements: Degree educated in Architecture / Architectural Technology. 3 years Post Grad experience. Understanding of Building and Planning Regulations. Technical knowledge and understanding of construction. AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD experience. Drivers Licence and ability to travel to Office and Project Sites.
