Key Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong attention to detail, structured and highly organized Customer service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills Preference for document management and processing tasks Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other document management tools Requirements: College degree Advanced English proficiency spoken and written Valid U.S. visa - Preferred This position is on-site in our Juarez office.
