Internal Communications Intern LOCATION: IGS Guadalajara WORKPLACE TYPE: Hybrid Core Responsibilities: Internal Communication design – Developing, Planning and executing various types of internal communications to foster employee engagement and a continued transparent culture. Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the HR team, handling daily tasks and contributing to long-term projects. Documentation maintenance - Update and maintenance of local HR documentation (Internal regulations, policies, procedures, employee files) Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Definition of media and design tools to carry out the different projects and assignment Qualified candidates will have: Active student with at least one year remaining to complete their degree. Education: Business, Psychology, Human resources or any creative degree (Communications, Advertising) Advanced English Basic proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, MS Stream) Canva, Photoshop Efficient time management and sense of urgency Capable to translate ideas into actions Required behaviors and skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative and proactive Ability to handle various responsibilities at the same time Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
