Job Purpose Overseeing audit engagements and leading onsite teams to ensure quality and timely deliver (70% of the role) Preparation of accounts and tax computations (30% of the role) Building strong rapport with clients to identify and resolve any queries Escalating complex matters to Senior Managment team to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and effectively Reviewing work before passing completed file to Senior Manager Providing mentorship to junior staff, offering feedback to champion skill sharing Supporting Senior Management team by assisting with ad-hoc projects where required Undertaking further learning opportunities to progress within the firm About the Employer On offering with a forward-thinking, rapidly growing practice based in the heart of London, this Audit Assistant Manager role is a superb opportunity to join a firm that truly values its people.
