What You’ll Do: Design innovative rewards strategies – across executive pay, sales comp, and everything in between Drive job architecture and grading projects using our market-leading tools Shape compelling employee value propositions that boost attraction and retention Partner with clients during critical transformations, working across sectors and borders Deliver powerful insights, presentations, and solutions that actually move the needle You’ll lead projects, guide clients, collaborate with experts, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work. Who You Are: A seasoned C&B or Total Rewards consultant (8-12 years), Fluent in French and English Strategic, data-driven, and people-focused Experienced in performance management, reward system design, and global mobility A natural communicator, analytical thinker, and team player Driven, curious, and excited by the chance to make a real impact If you’re ready to raise the bar on rewards and thrive in a team that does the same – we want to hear from you.
