Introduction: The purpose of the job is to oversee the administrative operations of the store, while ensuring the companies policies and procedures are adhered to Description: Provide administrative support Manage Cashflow and Petty Cash Planning, organising and executing admin Recordkeeping Retrieving files Filing correspondence Queries resolution and Compiling reports Quality Control of filing system Archive files Training new employees To uphold and promote the company values and culture Requirements: Grade 12 NQF - Level 5 Relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position Good time management, organising and leadership skills Basic computer skills/ Computer literacy (MS Outlook, word and excel)
