EUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Manager: EUM at Pretoria / Krugersdorp, Gauteng. Responsibilities and Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client insurance needs Grow our broker network and support new brokers using the EUM platform Lead and manage relationship managers, junior representatives, and broker networks Maintain a strong understanding of personal and commercial short-term insurance products Provide product guidance and support to internal teams Oversee the claims team, ensuring efficient claims processing and fair settlements Negotiate claims with policyholders and external stakeholders Supervise the underwriting team to ensure proper risk evaluation and regulatory compliance Manage the administrative team handling renewals, endorsements, and general servicing Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous) Proven experience in short-term insurance, preferably in a leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking and the ability to assess risks and performance Effective problem-solving abilities, especially in claims and underwriting Solid understanding of sales, client relationship management, and business development Computer literacy and comfort with insurance systems and platforms The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
