Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage all administrative functions related to the parts department. Open job cards and capture timesheets. Process supplier invoices and credit notes. Perform job costing and generate purchase orders. Maintain accurate filing of all parts-related documentation. Respond to internal and external queries related to parts and procurement. Ensure smooth coordination between workshop, suppliers, and internal departments. Requirements Minimum: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Previous experience with Sage Evolution software is highly advantageous. Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Experience in a heavy-duty mechanical workshop or earthmoving equipment environment is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
