National Security Systems Sales Manager Strict screening in terms of requirements will be adhered to. Only applications with the below experience and skills will be considered. This vacancy is reserved for applicants in terms of the EE Act. Experience within the Private Security Sector essential. Effective management of sales and sales management within the integrated business unit RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS : PURPOSE: Closing large technology deals for eg. CCTV, access control, alarms etc. Managing team of security tech sales team. Sales management of all system design, and all related integration of security systems. Setting of targets, sales strategy, budgets, performance etc. Monthly reporting to executive. Attend meetings with new and existing business prospects, in conjunction with operational and sales team with a view to tailor creating integrated solutions best suited to the client Conduct / arrange site surveys to identify risks and develop appropriate solutions to meet client needs Prepare and submit sales proposals / tenders to prospective clients. Prepare and conduct sales presentations (advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint essential) Effective performance of Sales and Marketing administrative functions Co-ordinate public relations activities ie trade shows and exhibitions, company sponsored events, and the control and distribution of corporate gifts and branded items Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting on Sales and Marketing activities Preparation and submission of monthly report to Management Reports to include accurate information on new and lost business, organic growth etc. Keep abreast and advise management of sales activities, competitors, and client needs. Management team of tech sales Will be required to travel to other provinces Requirements: Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Sales / marketing / tech qualification advantageous Minimum of 3 yrs. integrated services sales experience: System design and intergration Proven track record in business development and successful closing Excellent computer literacy, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint (Microsoft Office) Relevant knowledge and experience in the selling of technical solutions, especially new and cutting edge options Excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills Good telephone etiquette Strong leadership, time management, initiative skills and administration skills Must be target driven and well presented Own Vehicle & Drivers License Clean disciplinary, credit and criminal record Ability to travel widely for business Proven track record of managing a sales team to deliver sales targets / preferably exceeding targets PSIRA Should you not have received a response to your application within two weeks of submitting your CV, please consider your application unsuccessful.
