Core Responsibilities: Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition’s recruiting process Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions Support Operations Team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment event research, database management) Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews Assist with candidate tracking Assist with special TA projects Administrative duties including answering phones, job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data. Assist IGS HR Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience Qualified candidates will have: Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Business/Administration, Psychology. Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety of individuals High level of integrity with regards to the confidential nature of the position B1 level of English proficiency or higher and studying Relocation Available?
