Ingredion is hiring a Intern for Payroll based out of the GDL location. This role will be reporting to the Senior Analyst Payroll and collaborate within a dynamic, team oriented environment. This role execute payroll transactions for US & Canada business, ensuring transactions are accurate and properly stated. Participate in the month end and year end closing process as required. Core Responsibilities: Analyze, reconcile, follow up and clear old items with affiliates (mainly US 0450 side) Accrue invoices from Affiliates in USCAN payable. Send the invoices from affiliates to be processed in Esker. Process the invoices in Esker and follow them up with approvers. Clear accounts in SAP. Print IC non-trade invoices in PDF format. Send payment remittance to affiliates or AR team as requested during the month and at month end close. Qualified candidates will have: Be studying to get Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Foreign language skills at a medium level in English required.
