Junior Accountant

At Excis, we deliver world-class IT support across 190 countries with legal entities in 60 markets. As we expand our footprint in Mexico, we're looking for a passionate Junior Accountant to join our growing team and help build the financial backbone of our local operations. What You’ll Do: Master the Basics: Perform bank reconciliations and process expense reports. Assist with accounts payable/receivable and payroll support. Prepare payment requests and ensure timely approvals. Dive into Accounting Fundamentals: Support month-end close (hello, accruals and prepayments). Help maintain balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries (MJ is your new best friend). Contribute to cash flow forecasts and financial reporting. Grow Your Skills: Learn to analyze financial data and spot trends. Assist with annual budgets and tax preparation. Collaborate with teams to improve processes. Tech & Tools: Work with accounting software (Xero, Dext, or similar – we’ll train you). Leverage Excel to organize data like a pro (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and more). Preferred Skills Bonus Points If You Have: An accounting degree or certification in progress. Internship or entry-level experience in finance/accounting.
