Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement English language training programs for employees. Conduct individual and group English classes. Assess the language proficiency of employees and tailor lessons to meet their needs. Create engaging and effective teaching materials. Monitor and report on the progress of participants. Collaborate with other departments to integrate language training into overall employee development plans. The Essentials - You Will Have: Currently pursuing a degree in languages, education, or a related field. Preferably, experience in teaching English. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and adapt teaching materials. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
