Senior Accounting Analyst

Join our team and Be You Be Aptar. Aptar is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst based in Querétaro, Mexico. This position is responsible for working with the Aptar entities to ensure that the region meets all reporting requirements in terms of time, quality, and accuracy, including closing processes on SAP, BPC, and the accounting reconciliation in Blackline system. Please note: Applications must be submitted in English in order to be considered As a Senior Account Analyst, You Will Ensure that all records, systems, controls and reports in the area are permanently updated, available and reconciled with accounting. Perform control of the releases of Fixed Assets (additions, write-offs, transfers). Perform updating, maintenance of all Lease contracts that fall under the US GAAP standard in the lease system. Assist in the implementation of improvements in finance processes, eliminating rework and manual efforts. Record, control and make accounting entries and reports in accordance with US GAAP accounting principles and conventions. Who We are Looking For The ideal job candidate possesses over 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in accounting or corporate auditing. They have spent 2-3 years working within medium to large multinational manufacturing companies, demonstrating their ability to navigate complex financial environments and contribute to organizational success. Education Complete degree in Accounting. Required Skills 5 years of experience, including 2-3 years of experience in accounting or corporate auditing within medium or large multinational manufacturing companies. Knowledge and experience in USGAAP and Sarbanes Oxley. Experience in the use and / or implementation of ERP systems (SAP and BPC).
