Assistant Manager – Ora Tulum Holistic Healing Center Ora Tulum, a premier holistic healing center nestled in the serene beauty of Tulum, Mexico, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Manager to support our mission of fostering wellness, balance, and transformation. Rooted in the principles of holistic healing, Ora Tulum offers a sanctuary for guests to reconnect with mind, body, and spirit through personalized therapies, mindfulness practices, and sustainable living. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our center while embodying the calming, nurturing energy that defines Ora Tulum. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, support our team of healers and staff, and create an exceptional experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, guest relations, and facility upkeep, to maintain a tranquil and welcoming environment. Support the coordination of holistic programs, such as yoga sessions, meditation workshops, sound healing, and wellness retreats. Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture aligned with Ora Tulum’s values. Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every visitor feels cared for and valued. Oversee inventory of wellness supplies, organic products, and eco-friendly materials, maintaining our commitment to sustainability. Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including social media and community outreach, to share Ora Tulum’s vision with a global audience. Step in for the General Manager as needed, ensuring continuity of leadership and operational excellence. Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or management (2 years preferred). Passion for holistic health, mindfulness, and sustainable practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a calm, solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
