Junior Video & Digital Content Assistant

Minimum requirements: Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Animation, or Digital Media Basic experience in video production and editing Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Photoshop Interest in learning AI tools like Synthesia, ChatGPT, and Articulate (training will be provided) Exposure to e-learning platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or Teachable is beneficial Strong attention to detail and a visual storytelling mindset A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Duties include, but not limited to: Assist with filming, editing, and preparing video content for e-learning modules, social media, and promotional purposes Support podcast creation including setup, basic editing, and publishing Work with brand templates to design social media content and visual assets Edit short-form content such as reels, video snippets, and highlight reels Help optimise videos for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and internal LMS Organise and maintain a video content library Support the use of AI-driven tools (e.g., voiceovers, video automation, text-to-speech, animation) training provided Upload and manage content on e-learning platforms under guidance Stay current with video trends, editing techniques, and best practices Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
