We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our Junior School team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging environment where each child is supported in developing age-appropriate competencies, curiosity, and independence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the ISASA ECD curriculum. Foster holistic developmentacademic, social, emotional, and physical. Observe and assess student progress; compile detailed bi-annual reports. Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and formal interviews. Maintain a safe, well-organised, and inclusive classroom environment. Contribute to the school's academic, cultural, and sporting life. Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to support individual learning needs. Participate in professional development and school-based initiatives. Support school events, fundraising, and community engagement efforts. Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Relevant teaching qualification. At least 2 years experience in preschool teaching. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative problem-solving skills. A proactive, nurturing, and professional approach to teaching. Willingness to coach sports and participate in extra-curricular activities. Valid PDP license or willingness to obtain one.
