Job Description
Duties: Ensure ultimate guest relations in the lodge and that the guest receives personal attention Management and training of lodge staff Maintain the highest standard of housekeeping and maintenance Effective financial management through administration of orders and effective stock control Communication with departmental team to ensure that guest needs are met Effective daily administration of concierge and reception duties Ensure that quality and care of equipment and products Active participation in and effective communication and support of the lodges conservation message and purpose. Requirements: Grade 12 A formal hospitality qualification A minimum of 4 years work experience within 5 lodges High standard of service excellence and passion for the industry Exceptional F&B knowledge Awareness of dietaries & allergies Financial management ability Exception English Computer literate Excellent management ability & communication skills Clear understanding of basic labour law and disciplinary procedure A development approach to staff Understating of housekeeping & maintenance procedures Awareness of developments within the food & lodge industries Hardworking Attention to detail Assertiveness, patience & good organizational skills South African national & valid working visa.
