We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager to create innovative marketing strategies and to lead the marketing and sales for our Inpower Energy, WUS and CCTV Technologies brands. Youll have a talented creative team at your side, including graphic designers, a photographer, a copywriter , and other marketing pros, all ready to bring your vision to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business growth and customer acquisition across all online platforms. Monitor, interpret, and respond to digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs, proactively adjusting strategies to optimise outcomes. Apply SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and reach of all digital content. Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across the organisation. Manage and maintain website content and imagery to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current brand messaging Act as the central point for marketing project briefs from internal stakeholders, distributing tasks within the team efficiently Coordinate the production process by sourcing quotes, organising campaign materials, quality-checking deliverables, liaising with vendors, and ensuring deadlines are metfunctioning as both campaign and project manager. Evaluate brand positioning and draw insights from consumer behavior. Conduct in-depth research into target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Identify and target market segments to drive increased revenue. Align marketing initiatives with the specific business needs of various departments. Develop and implement PPC and social media strategies, including budgeting and execution plans. Create integrated marketing, advertising, and communications strategies. Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans and go-to-market executions. Analyse marketing data to measure success and inform future initiatives. Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet brand objectives effectively. Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key performance indicators. Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns that support brand growth. Lead creative development and, when needed, participate in the production of campaign concepts. Identify creative trends and opportunities to enhance brand engagement. Craft compelling content for social media platforms. Edit and proofread content to ensure tone, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice. Generate blog topics and manage the publication of content across digital channels. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Experience & Knowledge: Experience in marketing across various industries is a strong advantage. Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end. Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation. Demonstrated ability to craft and execute brand strategies with measurable impact. Proficient in Wordpress. Exceptional writing and language proficiency. Skilled in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, and Google Search Console. Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting strategies and results to senior leadership. Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Business Acumen: Understand market dynamics and contribute to overall business success. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00. With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont.
