Java Developer - Microservices Architecture

We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications according to project requirements. Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code using best software development practices. Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in architectural design discussions and propose solutions to complex technical challenges. Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and suggest alternative solutions. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Work closely with quality assurance engineers to ensure software quality and reliability through comprehensive testing. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java development. Document software designs, technical specifications, and implementation details. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer, with a minimum of X years of experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and/or Apache Struts. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, JDBC, and ORM frameworks. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
