AIDS Foundation of Chicago
The mssion of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago is to lead the fight against AIDS and improve the lives of people affected by the epidemic.

AFC coordinates services in the Chicagoland area for those living with HIV/AIDS, promotes advocacy and policy issues around the epidemic, and fundraises to provide additional services for people directly affected by AIDS.
