AArrow Advertising, Sales / Marketing Spinternship

Job Location: Washington, DC, United States

Job Description:

AArrow Advertising is looking for sales and marketing interns in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Applicant must have some sales or marketing experience, face-to-face sales is a plus.
The position is unpaid, but the intern will receive 10 percent commission on successful sales. Interns will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, database management, sales tracking, and market research. Training and assistance will be provided.


The internship is open to the following majors: marketing, public relations, communication, management, finance, accounting, business and are open to others who are interested


Interns must be able to work 10-15 hours per week, though scheduling is flexible.

Job Requirements:

* 3.0 GPA
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
* Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
* Excellent writing and organizational skills
* Out-going and friendly personality; must be comfortable with contacting various
companies and administrative contacts on marketing matters
* Knowledge of computers, search engines, networking sites
* Experience in developing newsletters, email communications
* Team player that works well individually
* Access to your own computer
