Job Description:

As a Design Intern at Zenbu Media you will be juggling various projects, from one-off materials such as ads and one-sheets to ongoing projects that need ever-changing corrections, to logos, brochures, posters, web banners, magazine pages and more. Great for building that design portfolio! Professional yet fun environment.

Job Requirements:

Zenbu Media is a Manhattan-based media company with four core divisions: Print, Digital, Events and Records. Our main properties include 4 music magazines (Relix, Metal Edge, Metal Maniacs and Global Rhythm) and their associated websites, plus an awards event, and an environmental-themed music festival, as well as an active custom-publishing division (music festival program guides, on-site festival newspapers and more).




-Special skills and/or education required for internship:


• Print design experience required, but experience designing banner ads, flash, web design, web graphics is a PLUS.


• Must be proficient in the Macintosh operating system, Quark 6, CS2 (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), flash and/or basic web experience a big plus.
