Job Description:

Group Motion Multi-Media Dance Theatre is seeking a 2008 Fall Marketing Intern! This is an ideal opportunity for college students, recent graduates or graduate students to explore a career in arts administration or other non-profit while gaining valuable experience working with one of Philadelphia’s premiere arts organizations.


Responsibilities include internet research, exploring marketing strategies with an enthusiastic team of staff members; assisting with press releases, public service announcements and promotional mailings; creation and distribution of newsletter; community outreach projects and other marketing related tasks.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, computer and interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, have an interest in the arts and be willing to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but a consistent work schedule is required.
