Job Description:
Sr Sales Solution Architect
Responsibilities:
•Understanding all aspects of a client bid document
•Working with sales, supporting the qualification of a deal
•Leading Step Reviews – B through E
•Leading and coordinating all aspects (functional, technical and financial) of a capture team
•Ensure the capture team adheres to best practices and has clearly defined roles and responsibilities
•Tracking capture progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure a timely, compliant and competitive response is submitted
•Working with HR and regional staff, identity key staff and supporting the identification of staff, including the use of Subcontractors, as appropriate.
•Ensuring Teaming agreements are in place and consistent with our partnership operating strategies and direction
•Ensure sales activities are coordinated within the capture team
•Ensure adherence to capture processes (i.e. reporting) and approvals as outlined in OMF
•Participate in sales meetings and other reporting needs regarding capture progress
•Identify, request and effectively manage B&P budget
Success measures:
•Winning proposal – win rate
•Effective management of B&P budget allocation
•Demonstration of effective capture leadership, management and team development
Education/Certification:
Undergraduate degree in Business, IT, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline required, Graduate Degree / MBA preferred.

Job Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
•Solid capture and/or project management skills related to planning, scope management, risk management, and quality management
•Experience negotiating contractual documents and terms and conditions, especially as it relates to project deliverables
•Demonstrated experience developing project financial goals, including development deal financials
•Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
•Timely, decisive, and effective problem-solving skills
•Behave in an ethical and professional manner
•Handle the pressures of simultaneous tasks, issues, problems, and ambiguity
•Be flexible as to behavior or work methods in response to changes or new obstacles
This role is based in our downtown Los Angeles, CA office. Other locations considered with willingness to travel 100%.
