 Legal Intern
Job Location: 121 New York Avenue - Trenton, NJ, United States
Job Description:
The 1L, 2L or 3L intern would be responsible for a variety of legal work relating to corporate and commercial transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, regulatory work regarding agricultural products, reserach and regulatory work regarding product labeling and compliance with consumer protection laws. This intern will report to the General Counsel of TerraCycle, Inc.
Duties:
Drafting or reviewing contracts
Regulatory and administrative law, corporate governance, financing; securities; legal research; antitrust/pricing
Reviewing marketing materials.
Opportunity Type: Internship or co-op
Period of Employment: Summer June 4 August 22 This timeframe is negotiable.
Pay Type: Stipend of $100 per week.
Hours per Week: 40
Housing: TerraCycle does not provide housing. Arrangements for housing are the Interns responsibility.
