Job Description:
Candidates are expected to work as analysts on cross-border M&A transactions. Activities include industry and company research, financial modeling, assistance in preparing sales pitches, etc.
Invescom Corporate Finance, a Budapest-based Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm, a full member of Global M&A, the world’s leading independent M&A partnership, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of intern for a 6 month period.
The purpose of the internship program is to give an introduction to candidates to the world of corporate finance in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
Job Requirements:
Candidates ideally hold an MBA or similar business administration degree and preferably possess some corporate finance experience with a strong record of financial analysis. Knowledge of Hungarian language is not a must.
