Digital Sales/Marketing Intern
Job Location: San Fernando Valley - Universal City, CA, United States
Job Description:
-Work closely with all of Universal Music Group's releases to find marketing/placement opportunities with various digital/mobile partners.
-Create placement/sales reports for a variety of digital campaigns/releases.
-Support Universal Music Group sales staff as it pertains to key digital/mobile partners, including AT&T, Yahoo, Napster, Rhapsody, Live Nation, etc
-Support Universal Music Group airplay at key internet radio outlets
-Construct sales/marketing analysis reports aimed at maximizing Universal Music Group's digital sales
-Lend sales/marketing support to sales team on key releases including, Kanye West, 50 Cent, U2, Fall Out Boy, Amy Winehouse, Akon and more!
Job Requirements:
Interns must be students who are currently registered at an accredited undergraduate institution. They must also submit a letter from their school stating that they will receive academic credit for participation in our program. We are looking for interns who can work 15-20 hours per week.
Miscrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Photoshop, must be a team player, must be a good communicator and quick adapter and they must love music and have some (little is fine) knowledge of the industry/artists/labels etc.
