 Marketing/Public Relations Intern - New Jersey
Job Location: 121 New York Avenue - Trenton, NJ, United States
Job Description:
The intern in this position is responsible for working with TerraCycle’s Senior Publicist in identifying and contacting the press about the TerraCycle story. This opportunity may require modest travel. This position can be arranged as a co-op for course credit.
Duties:
• Contact press editors
• Research and identify new publications to contact.
• Coordinate press events.
• Send out “blast” emails.
• Send out mailings and distribute product samples.
• Track success of publicity press releases via web-based software.
Opportunity Type: Internship or co-op
Period of Employment: Summer – June 4 – August 22 – This timeframe is negotiable.
Pay Type: Stipend of $100. per week.
Hours per Week: 40
Housing: TerraCycle does not provide housing. Arrangements for housing are the Intern’s responsibility.
