Event and Conference Planning Intern
Job Location: Potosi, MO, United States
Job Description:
OPPORTUNITIES FOR FALL, SPRING AND SUMMER SEASONS.
Intern will work closely with our Hospitality Director and Lead Program Director. Experiences will include assisting with all aspects of group conferences from initial sales area through the on site experience, to the follow-up and rebooking process. In addition, interns will assist with conference room set ups in advance of group arrivals and guest services/reservations during peak times. Interns will also assist in the planning, implementation and execution of guest and group activity programs.
OUR FACILITY PROVIDES MEALS AND HOUSING TO ALL INTERNS.
Job Requirements:
Good judgment, creativity, problem solving skills and excellent customer service required. Must also be able to work with people from various cultures and backgrounds.
