 Internship - Adventure Based Counseling
Job Location: Chesapeake & Virginia Beach, VA, United States
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic people to plan, implement and support our youth programs. Work with at-risk, foster care, adoption, probation, parole, ADD, ADHD, other youth, and adult populations. Interns work with groups of young children (10-12) and teenagers (13-19) supporting counseling objectives and facilitating a wide range of adventure programs. Adventure programs could include sea kayaking, canoeing, biking, backpacking, camping, climbing, orienteering, nature study, caving, cultural and group experiences, and any areas of special interest to staff/interns. Additional responsibilities in support of the ABC program and as assigned. Submit a cover letter and resume to the contact below.
