Boutique entertainment marketing firm based in TriBeCa is seeking an intern to join our energetic and creative team. Because we’re a small operation, our interns play an important role in the conception and implementation of our various projects. If you enjoy photocopying, getting coffee, and other mindless tasks you need not apply.

Most distinguished for our innovative thinking and out-of-the box ideas, we work directly with brand managers, website editors, tastemakers, and industry gatekeepers to create exciting opportunities in generating awareness for a brand.


Specializing within the music industry, our work has covered everything from securing placement of our client’s music in network television shows; to featured placement on AOL, Yahoo, MSN, Napster, Zune, Rhapsody, etc.; to securing gigs at lifestyle locations such as the Guggenheim Museum and SoHo Puma store; to having a museum exhibit created specifically for a client; to conceiving and marketing RuPaul’s collectible doll line. In the past 10 years, our firm has had much success in creating new and exciting campaigns and opportunities for our clients.


The position will expose the intern to all areas of marketing and promotion, providing valuable hands-on experience with a cutting-edge marketing firm. Diverse responsibilities include research and outreach to niche music/lifestyle websites & events, helping to secure corporate partnerships, brainstorming ideas for proposals, and much, much more.


Internship Requirements:


•Excellent phone demeanor, written and oral communication skills a MUST


•Intenet savvy, proficient with using the net as a research tool

•Must be familiar with Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications

•Extra brownie points for Adobe Photoshop knowledge

We are looking for our ambitious, and self-starting intern to work approx. 15-25 hours a week (however we are flexible to work around class time). While the position is unpaid (or for college credit and/or experience only) you will be reimbursed for all transportation and lunch expenses. An opportunity for permanent employment by our company may exist for those candidates that are extremely effective and thorough.
