Job Descriptions
• Review and comment on contracts and agreements;
• Draft and modify contracts and agreements;
• Collect and research PRC laws and regulations;
• Research on foreign laws and regulations;
• Compile legal reports or memorandum on certain issues;
• Presentations once to twice fortnight;
• Legal record keeping and other administrative works as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Basic knowledge of business law, contract law and good understanding of company operation and structure
• Keen to learn attitude and proactive on works assigned.
• Speak good English
